
RETURN POLICY
Any returned goods must be authorized by our customer service department. A return authorization number must accompany the returned merchandise and be displayed clearly on all shipping labels and shipping documents. Otherwise the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender unopened.
Frisky stands behind its merchandise and only ships first quality goods. If for any reason an item is defective we will issue an authorization to return it. Authorized returns for other than defective goods must be in sellable condition.
