Marblehead Chamber looks to best electronic waste mark Last year, the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce became the first organization in New England to sign the Electronic Waste Code of Ethics, a global set of standards developed by environmental educator Christopher Swain. To celebrate, it held an Ethical Electronics Recycling Event, which netted nearly 8,000 pounds of used electronics.
