We only accept orders over the Internet.

It�s very easy to place an order with us, just add the desired products to your shopping cart and once you have the minimum $400.00 order you can check out. We have a very sophisticated Fire Wall program and that will insure you that the information you enter will be extremely safe.

All our hats are 1 size 22 1/2 inches

Return

All Claims must be made to delivering carrier at once. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to carrier.
Returns not accepted unless authorized by Whittall & Shon within 5 days of receipt.

How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from Whittall & Shon Online for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at Whittall & Shon Retail Stores.

1. Place the items you wish to exchange in a box.
2. You must include a copy of the invoice.
3. Please provide replacement item and a brief reason for your exchange.

How to Return
